#Allow squad leaders to ban players from their squads - At least for non Default squads

Recently I've taken to trying to lead. I'm not a great leader but it seems that no one else wants to do it.
One of the core features of a tactical squad is following objectives. So many of the members of the squad refuse to follow the objective markers. The obvious solution to this is to kick them (which I do). 2 minutes later they rejoin the squad and still continue not to follow objectives.
It would be great If, as well as being able to kick people from the squad I could also ban them so they could not return to the squad for the rest of the round.

is this not the case when you kick someone? huh, always thought it was

making objectives more useful would encourage people to cap them

so tell me why i should cap an objective and not go for kills, 4 kills are equal to a cap, and kills can be easily taken, objectives dont actually hold a good vantage point, and the spawn restrictions make it so that one dude can easily prevent spawning at that objective, vehicles do exist at objectives, but offensive vehicles should spawn too (tanks apcs etc) there is basically no reason to go cap.

there are good objectives, done well, c on valley, and c on wakistan are fought over because it gives a vantage point directly in front enemy spawn

#

but most objectives that are not c are basically forgotten about

Highly contested points are like that because they're in the middle of the map on the frontline

and why would you want to win? getting those extra kills is way better for your progression

And people already cap points

I prefer getting 20 more kills than winning the game

#

which is bad game design

That's on you BBClown

Winning gives victory, that's the whole point of playing a war game

ye but victory does basically nothing

silver valley

If you two play for grinding, sad to hear but not my business, people already cap points which means I'll always have points to fight for

beside with 250 you can't even say that it was your work that won the game

I already have a job, I play to win, not to have a second job

ill take bf4 vs bbr, in bf4 points can give the conquest control thing, and it has small matches compared to bbr, in bf4 you can just rush points and you will be rewarded, but in 127v127 bbr, its really hard to balance it properly, points can turn into firefights, and most people just spawn on points closer to the action and fight, there is no reason to get the other points, because most of the time both points on each side are used as camping spots for tanks and snipers, you will be likely killed going to these points, and theres no point holding them as most people will just go from spawn straight to the point and eliminate everyone, conquest is really poorly done in this game, and gamemodes like rush or domination encourage points more, there isnt a valid reason for capturing points in conquest.

#

the best solution is to make the points the main part of the match
