barbed wire should slow down more, razor wire will not slow down as much, but itll deal damage until bleeding.

The barbed wire did have damage but it was removed.

It was removed because it provided too much xp iIrc so I'd say it could be balanced by reducing the xp gain from the damage done by the wire significantly.

Maybe it could also have increased squad point cost in addition

No matter what with it reduced or not
People will abuse it
So no XP would be the only way

I'm not convinced that people in razor wire move slower than people in barbed wire.

barbed wire stabs but the length of the wire isnt completely sharp, razor wire doesnt stab and the length of wire is sharp, you can avoid damage if you be careful in barbed wire

but it would be impossible in razor wire, so damage but less of a movement de buff
