Constant black screen after completely die. Like when I give up. Only game reboot helps

Glad I'm not the only one. Played the game for 267 hours, this bug started yesterday.
It's completely impossible to play. This happens with every death.

The only thing I noticed is that before dying when playing as a medic, the first aid kit stops working.

In my experience, this only happens when I've been waiting for a revive for a while, screen is darkening/bar is emptying. I decide to hold space bar right as someone finally comes up to rez me. Seems like the revive and holding space bar finish at the same time. I get revived but screen is black.
So I just stopped doing that.
