after spending ticket there is a timer that is based on what is the range from your teammate that can rez you
slow down movement make pushing fast more punishing so if you are not with your squad you die from squad that is together slow ttk so if you are with your squad you can kill someone fast make that squad are in a team like 3 squad is team and every team can go to the point that they are designated to so make it that is less action and make it more fun.

The toxic tryhards are going to read this and a screw will explode haha, but hey, I've also been waiting for these same things for a long time, that encourage teamwork more, but in the words of Vilaskis himself, they hope that by magic, in a shooter so unbalanced and broken in mechanics, the players magically play as a team, good job, it's not like to this day they promote it as if the central basis of the game is that, teamwork
well if someone wanted a mode that emphasized on teamwork. they probably have to make their own server with custom gamemode.

But tl;dr no. The average SL is
and doesn’t even know how it works (meaning good luck getting stuff done as a squad without good leadership) and forcing this playstyle upon a community who mostly enjoy the chaotic/“goofy ahh” of the game will put the nail in the coffin. (Movement aside; It’s a casual roblox shooter why would anyone take it that seriously, especially on 64 or 127?)
Also to note: a milsim mode was promised/planned in the upcoming features for this reason. (See #faq ) When they will start working on it is tbd obviously
(not all tryhards are toxic, happens the other way when "causal joes getting on bbr after a long day of work" hate on the good players)

i think that OP 's post about movement and teamwork is more dependent on how the players want to play. you cant really force people to play in a squad the same way you can't force them to play recon and backline all game
Indeed, and no one says otherwise, but there are certain factors that make players think and make the issue of wanting to play as a team more natural, such as game mechanics.
And before anything else, I'm tired of these nonsense, the game is promoted as if the center of the damn game is teamwork, if even the devs don't want to keep the word of what they promote, then they can easily return the money. to all the players who bought it for that reason
If they wanted to make a team shooter that's fine, just like making a frenetic shooter, now things change when you promote it as a team shooter and it turns out to be a frenetic shooter haha
And before the typical user comes out who doesn't even check what they buy, because the Steam store itself is the most visible example of this.
communication is key. if only they understood what I said. one time I was communicating with a nearby player and he only understand chinese. so I tried to communicate with him with my own knowledge of chinese. which did not end well as he still dont understand me. and there is also issue with the voice comms as sometimes I see the voice comm popped up but I can barely hear what they said or there just isnt any sound at all
And of course, apart from communication, there are, as I mentioned, the rest of the game mechanics that do not support or give some influence to the players playing as a team.
