When reporting someone for horrible behavior and it gets followed up, a simple screen saying action has been taken when it has is a great motivator for reporting.
Similar to how Overwatch does it.

this already exists, if you are online when action is taken you get a message thanking you for your report on the right side of your screen that will stay there all game until you hold f9 to close it.

Super interesting! Had no idea, I figured that reports would take a little to process.
Regardless I think a screen thanking the player for helping make the community safer when you log back in if you were offline would still be welcome. But I’m glad to know that there is something

Apply it to whenever a user first starts the game as well then like OP said, and i’d say problem solved.
Just some additional feedback that encourages users to keep reporting bad actors
