Giving radio to the Leader but with restrictions

The Leader of a squad should be responsible of his group and ready to alert of danger. So I thinked to give him a radio but with some restrictions:

• the Leader ( and maybe someone else idk ) is/are the only one/s that can send messages when they wants
• Not everyone should use the radio with the mic because it will be a mess. But in the other part, a radio with limited messages is confusing so maybe is better the mic
• Maybe when the Leader stops talking to the radio, the group can start talking to the radio. After some seconds of silence of the squad, the priority of using the radio can return to the Leader
• When the Leaders die, it remains his radio that can be obtained by the squad or destroyed by the enemies
• Also Leaders can talk to other Leaders because tactic and communicating is the main thing of this game

This are my main ideas but I don't know how the squad should give report because the Leader is the ONLY one who can alert the group. But if you gave the ALL team the universal radio, it would be a mess

I don't understand how this is different from squad coms. Are you saying the leader is the only one who should be able to use it?

He's able of using a radio that can send messages to the entire squad and to other leaders. Maybe the other players can send messages only to the leader?

( Like, a player sees a tank and he report it to the leader that can inform the entire squad of the new information )

Also the Leaders can talk together to organize an attack or defensive move with multiple squads. That would be

there's already different voice channels for Squad-Only Comms and SquadLeads-Only Comms
