the damage system is what needs to be touched here, not really what c4 sticks too.
not to say what and how it sticks to shit doesn't need fixing though.
even if the damage is nerfed a bunch of engineers could still gang up on one tank and just spam it
seems weirdly specific. just decrease throwing range, increase the delay between each charge thrown, and only allow people to carry a max of 2 and 3 at the most. the amount of C4 one person can spam is insane.
damage system, not just its total damage.
how many people carry and its damage will need to change if we don't want to class limit a wall breaching tool.
I would expect if a c4 went off while attached to a tank track, it would stop the tank from moving, not blow it up like a popcorn kernel.
might make the track seperate, but not much more
Maybe make a wall breaching thing you can get a shit ton of and nerf C4 to make you unable to get more than 3
that was one of the ideas, big boom as a heavy gadget class locked.
while smaller boom was kept light and did far less damage, but still blew open walls.
this take is just a tank main who doesnt know what reversing is
your take is someone who has never used a tank and refuses to see the problems with c4.

sense its not like it requires you to get close or anything
maybe if the tank players had half a brain theyd be fine who knows
man not like you have no way of noticing without a full crew, people run at 30km/h and can launch them some 20 meters. and you know, not charge from the front like you think they do? Course you must also miss the fact that dying means nothing other than one ticket and that person is likely not alone.
Then don’t take the tank if you don’t get a 2 man for man both guns
