Whenever somebody shoots you, mainly with fast shooting weapons your camera (and gun) flinch. this makes it almost impossible to fight back if somebody is already shooting at you, making it so you have to plan ahead and make sure you see the enemy first before they see you. it would be great if this could be lowered or only be made visual and not actually affect your aim.

my man has not been here long if he thinks what we have is even noticeable. snipers can still headshot you with a high-power scope if you hit them in the face, its almost non-existent.
Honestly given how I haven’t even noticed aim punch (the usual name for this phenomenon) since it was reduced so hard, I suspect this is largely coping.
And I fairly often run an ultimax with a 4x, I would totally notice it if it was significant

that's not how that worked, if you got aimpunched the gun aimed up and that's where the bullet went.

technically the gun does have a visible rise, but its less a visable third person animation and more it effects the player hit.

the sniper is hardly effected by being hit

and if you aren't using a sniper, they do have enough time to one shot you anyway

show me a video of you using a 40x and getting hit tell me your crosshair doesnt move
there is a difference of "crosshair moving" and "unable to to headshot right after the hit"
keep in mind this is only notable with the 15x and up
and of course, using it at proper distance means its not going to affect you anyway since the movement you need to correct is much smaller
then why with a 4x and i get hit once in cqc with any gun and my crosshair is flung halfway across the map
