Since we're getting ghillie skins for guns, why not add some kind of Ghillie uniforms? There are multiple types of ghillie:
The hood version could be a new form of empty helmet maybe?

The ghillie-hood thingy (1st photo at the very top of suggestion) would be the most balanced for non-recon classes

since not everyone runs target detector
so imo the hood and sleeves would be balanced, drip that would match ghillie gun skins + wouldn't let you just lay motionless

I don't see the issue in it, the game has a style where it really doesn't matter, the outline is still distinguishable enough.
