Lets you go down to between -25 to -50hp* without dieing, and speeds up move speed and draw/holster speed by 10%* with the effect starting to wear off after a few seconds and then gradually wearing off after about minute*.
Can also be used to revive quickly(but the revivee revives at 0hp and so basically has to bandage themselves at some point or else die when the effect wears off).
Once the effect has worn off you are slowed down by 10% for 5 to 30 seconds *
The * denotes something that could be adjusted depending on how the devs want to balance it
