the 762 nato is large so low rof makes sense, yet the ak round is smaller and shouldnt have a similar rof to the scar h, fal has a higher rof and it uses 762x51

It seems that it fits your description very well

Good at long range, spammable, good velocity, still capable in CqC even tho somewhat on the weaker side

well what i propose is that these dmrs can have increased range than regular ones, so you can attack snipers but not be able to kill them in one shot, but you can still use it for cqc and mid range engagements, but there is the lack of full auto that can make it a bit harder to kill, aug is a good gun at range but it still isnt that accurate to hit a sniper.

Mk14 has full auto, 6 rounds more. The rest of differences are of little significance
