You take a pill and you “die” for 30 seconds depending on how many pills you take. So taking 2 means your out for 60 seconds. In this time, your body is limp on the ground and you can be dragged. You can also be shot and killed. When the time expires, you come back to life as you were before.

It will be no different in bbr. All it will do is cause people to shoot dead bodies hoping for a hit marker
Also, kills get shown to the player. High chance of people not falling for it anyways
