If I get killed 5ish times in a row, make the guy who killed me my nemesis and vice versa.

Give some little bonus points for it too for the killer dominating a person. The points can go up a bit each additional kill on the dominated person. Optionally give pity points to the guy getting killed (like a really small amount).

If the person being dominated kills their nemesis they get bonus points and are no longer nemesis (nemesises?) that person. They also get bonus points depending on how many times they were killed in a row before breaking the streak. Nothing much, but something to make it satisfying.

you are not getting killed that many times by one dude, especially as a sniper or a vehicle, unless you keep challenging them.

sure, but that's not really gonna bother anyone. the people who will see it more will be the people fighting up close

How about the person with the highest number of kills at anytime, grows brighter than anyone else. And the brightness level gets higher the bigger the difference between them and the second highest fragger.

Currently, there's no challenge to a dominating player. If they become more obvious, now that makes their game play harder.

Perhaps this needs to be a server config option so we can see whether the top players can stand the heat.

Sounds like you're a good player. And sad to break it to you, pro players are a very small % of the player base.

I can't and most can't. People leave when they're frustrated.

The people who I hear laughing the most, and have fun the most are the ones that aren't that good at playing. I rez and supply a lot of them. I need them to stay and play. Pro players can play on any game they put their mind to and excel.

this already happens in BOB servers lol, person is a problem they get bounties and people go for them, its fun because they get more challenge(or kills) and the people get a reward for killing them

this is a specific game mechanic that I think would really fit in since this game has 200+ players on a server

I think encouraging little rivalries, communication, general social behavior is the way to go

Had that today, support sitting in a basement, rolled three of our guys. I said “I’ll be back for you”, which I did end up doing with an aptly surprised “oh damn, you are back for me”

With your last death point being marked on the map now and such it'll help track down your previous killer as well

You could show on the leaderboard who had the most rivalries - both ways (killed and killers)
