maybe its a gadget that goes in place of medpack?
so you have to choose between instant reviving and healing teamates

can guarantee that is not a hard choice to make. nobody would be bringing medkits if they have a defib unlocked.
tbh the medpack could use some buffs
buff its healing, remove self heal, make medics bandage to heal like everyone else
i was thinking that the medbox would function simmarly to the ammo kit on support

idea is good, but useless without stimpacks in slot of bandage/small medkit, that gives you 40hp (instantly) with time delay between uses (otherwise self-killing)
Idea:
Adrenaline/stim injector:
Lets you go down to -40hp without dieing, and speeds up move speed and draw/holster speed by 10% with the effect starting to wear off after a few seconds and then gradually wearing off after about minute(maybe more or less based on balance). Can also be used to revive quickly(but the revivee revives at 0hp and so basically has to bandage themselves at some point or else die when the effect wears off). Once the effect has worn off you are slowed down by 10% for 5 to 30 seconds(depending on how the devs want to balance this thing).

Ah yes, immortality and movement speed with only a small 10% movement speed penalty, screams balanced to me!
its funny how medic only uses bandage like everyone else only when they are bleeding but you cant use bandage to heal your own health
Not immortality, just essentially 40 extra hp

if its a decision between medpack and defib, medpack would be chosen over the defib bc people paly medic for the self heals of the medpack. Medic also can't use the bandages to heal themselves
thats why changes have to be made for medic to be able to heal themselves with bandage

imagine if they added syringes and you can kill someone with it by overdosing them XD
