I think the title is selfexplaining. So for each prestige reached a player can unlock one weapon permanently without need to grind again to a certain level to unlock it.

Made a few days ago a suggestion that a weapon should stay permanently unlocked after x amount of kills and someone Made this suggestion in the comments and i like this one far more than my original idea
