Toggleable Interaction with Grappling Hook Ropes.

I sometimes accidentally latch on to a rope when not intending to, usually when some random .4kd sniper puts one right over a doorway when I'm trying to escape people better than me (all players on the server). A toggleable option of having to press a button to latch onto a rope could help with my serious game breaking problem.
