To explain better, it would basically be those commentators that we hear transmitting information over the radio about the events of the match:

Catch B, C, D
Enemy capturing Alpha;
We lost Bravo;
Our team is winning;
The enemy team turned the score;

Among other infinite phrases that the commentator can say, I believe that this would give more life and perhaps help people to realize that such objective has fallen, I often see some people capturing the point and leaving it alone still with enemies inside, and they don't realize! Perhaps the commentator can give a little help to these players with doubtful perception by saying: "A enemies in the sector, get rid of them!"
you know...

I will leave this video as an example, where we can hear the commentators constantly transmitting information about the events of the match without auditory pollution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFJf8l2WASk

I dont think we should have a voice for 'capturing' though because it would get spammy, however captured could be good

I don't know if I have arguments to refute that, but maybe we can leave that as a sandbox option?

#

I don't think it would be an absurd spam unless the teams were in complete harmony in a big race to capture points in a conquest mode, often they just capture two or three points and keep them until the end of the match, the rest of the voices would just dictate some basic things of the match, and of course, the surrounding sounds are always a priority.

If they do add radio commentator they should use a good resonant filter. Make it sound radioy unlike cod.

not many modern radios actually sound that bad anymore. but it could be a nice touch because we all think they do still

Well could create lore like BF2042 (Unappreciated lore by DICE, could have amazing campaign, but noooooo!) with the whole chaos around communication.

Could just block out some high and low frequencies with a slight % res filter just so it doesnt sound stupid or something. Dont know if theyll ever consider actually adding a radio commentator but i think they should but only a couple lines (per gamemode) definitely do not go over the top with lines. Like on invasion the only one really needed would be like "sector taken/sector lost" (if thats how it works ive literally only had like 1 invasion match which is a problem itself for normal mm), in my opinion you dont need commentary at the end of the game because i think the silent fade into white at the end of matches is good on its own as silent.
'Enemy team turned the score' would be problematic sometimes.(in close games).
'Our team is winning' dont see a problem with this 1
'Capturing/losing' might be problematic however we captured/lost is probably fine. The devs should just play around with it.

Another suggestion for this I just thought of to avoid repetition is to have different lines for the same line meaning, i worded that a little bit s#ยฃ< so what i mean is for example our team winning: "We are winning" AND "Victory is imminent " AND "The enemy is losing reinforcements" etc and also avoids using the word "we" to much. Or for capturing objective C instead of just having only 1 line for capturing c you could have multiple e.g "We've captured Charlie" "C is ours" etc. Less repetition the better. Irl they wouldnt be saying the exact same crap about stuff on a radio.

Didnt mean to send that as a reply sorry and , of course, that is all just my opinion

thats basically just BF's thing right?

The sector thing?

A lot of Games keep repeating the same lines
