Literally what the title means, increase revolver hip fire fire rate and retain original fire rate when aiming down sight.

I just wanna fan a revolver rdr2 style, that’s pretty much it. I just think it would be fun.

it would be far harder I believe, and kinda worthless as it would be no faster than if you just pulled the trigger. the single action you hold the trigger and it fires as fast as you can pull the hammer back
