Whenever I play as a recon, enemy squads have really have a hard time defending/attacking for an extended period of time. Why? From the perspective of my teammates, I try to imagine how he would be looking around, and then I lead them to the spotted enemy or where a specific enemy is. This is such fun, I sometimes only play as a drone. Maybe later, there might be a commander or an improved/changed drone where it could basically point arrow on surface or some short lines put on surface, or whatever that could put a symbol universal. Also, maybe for this to be needed, more people have to appreciate/understand the significance of spotting. If done, more people will be encourged to play as a whole lot of different class/gameplay type.
tldr; people have to be reminded spotting is really useful
