Once you improve 3d-spot that was visible through all walls - the red pin was unneccessary. But the thing was an imba if you play as a sniper with scout drone and if you spam marker through the smoke field, so the players voted to disable visibility of 3d-spot, and that was correct
-
But, now, you cant attent your teammates to the point where you had just seen the enemy, that point should be visible through all covers and smoke fields. Its not able to shoot enemy directly, but forces attention to the point
-
As i sad before - its required to limit one red marker per target per actor. So if you clicked 2 enemies - you see two markers, if you clicked one enemy twice - old icon removes, and new icon arrives
-
Guess need same limitation for white icon but am not sure, because primary purpose of the marker feature is "see there, danger is there", but currently we dont have additional markers to improve teamwork while you role is not a commander. So, currenly, limitation of white marker seems unapplicable. But! The size depends on range to marker is needed. You see so many markers at a time and you cannot set priority cus of it seems as 2d image.

And finally, please add the enemy marker size tape control to the options. Only color is available for now. Some other tape somehow works to vehicle 3d-spot icons, but infantry icons is very small and cant be changed. Even if you choose pink (the most visible in nature environment) color - the size still not enough visible, especially if the enemy is on long distance.

Asked five times to fix target detector, that works only on <100m distance and only if full enemy profile is visible. You cannot autospot enemies if you play as sniper. Also it "ratches" on dead enemies, trying to highlight it but cant solve its own task. Btw this ratchet sound could be helpful if enemy is covered by the smoke field or even walls 1-2 layers (currently not implemented) - possible distance like 10 meters instead of walls layers.

6 could be very useful thing where the enemy is other-side of the wall from you, you could "scan" walls before enter the building and listening for clicks of this device, but the spotting should not work through the walls, only sound
btw. Most original target detector device was implemented in single call of duty (that part where first mission is snow mountains.) There target detector was represented as small minimap screen that attached to your weapon and scans for enemies like in Alien movie saga through all the walls, but guess it will be very hard to realize and balance
