I was playing the game mode where you have to plant the bomb and defend it until it explodes.
It has happened to me several times already, probably to others as well, that many players don't really take advantage of being the leader of the Squad. Having a group of 7 soldiers who depend on a **single player who ignores their advantages **makes me think that the opposing team has an advantage if they have more competent leaders.
This only applies to the mode I mentioned, as it has a map reset when changing from the terrorist to anti-terrorist side (let's say it that way for better understanding). The players with the most SQUAD points could be considered for the opportunity to become the leader in the second half of the game.
I'm not discussing other modes since I'm not sure how it could work there; it might change from time to time. However, I'm suggesting this idea so that leadership of the SQUAD can fall to players who take advantage of their position.
PS: If a captain does their job well, it's simply because they've kept their SQUAD points high enough to avoid being replaced.
