Options would be:

  • Stock: three variants minimum (CQC, medium and long range). Each option would affect recoil control, movement speed, ADS and others to various degrees.

  • Ammunition: AP, incendiary, explosive, high velocity.

  • Grip: recoil control, ADS, flinch resistance, among others.

  • Trigger Group: changes default fire mode. Examples: automatic -> single, automatic -> burst or single -> automatic. We could turn an M9 into a Beretta M93R-like or make an automatic Desert Eagle (GS Magna, anyone?)

They will probably add them at some point, not all of them at once, they must be pretty tough to balance with all the stuff already around

Seems like it would only create more issues with trying to balance it right now.

it would be a LOT of modeling/remodeling work, programming, and I'm sure the balancing issues would be nightmarish

the only attachment i would really want added are stocks because i think they would add some variety to gun builds if done well. Yeah, adding all the attachments listed above is a balance nightmare for the devs
