I don't know if you can make some sort of designation or animation for the enemy when they are blinded.

I am constantly faced with the fact that here in the room exploded a light grenade, I see the hitmarker, I go in, and I get hit, as if the light grenade and was not.

With animation at least it would be clear whether the grenade hit the enemy or not.
