I think you need from 3500-5000 хp
and you also need additional experience in holding attack points on enemies

don't know about the numbers, but having points given for contesting, on both sides, as well as resetting a point that your team still owns(i.e you defended a point before it could be neutralized, and then recapped it, currently gives nothing). simply being on a point for 30-60 seconds should give a defending bonus, like at most 200 hundred points since it could simply be done passive away from enemies.
What if exp is given for staying on a point to defend

The capture xp should be a little higher but spread out over capture time. So someone who caps the whole point gets more xp than the person who taps it at the end.
If Oki wants people to stop treating this game like TDM, then give 10x the amount of xp for objective play over a single kill.
This would be a step in that direction
Squad Leads getting rally spawn should be triple the amount of xp then it currently gives

i honestly belive the last part would simply cause issue's with ppl afk'ing on points with no enemies around
and i dont think just sitting on a cap in the middle of nowhere thats not getting attacked should be rewarded
People already become afk spawn points sometimes. Untouched bases aren't that common
50 points every 60 seconds? I mean its possible, but who the hell would actually do that. even at 200, you will out gain that just by shooting at the enemy even if you don't kill them
Still im just against rewarding inactivity in general
I'm all for increasing the gain for fighting on the point

every 60 seconds it not gonna do much. and at least it keep people on the point to avoid backcaps
If it doesn't do much then its also unlikely to keep ppl there tho
its extra points on top of everything else. its not meant to be stand alone.
