Give Recon bonus XP for spot assists.

I think it'd be good to encourage the recon class to use their reconnaissance toolset and spot for their team more often. It doesn't have to be a crazy amount, 100xp per spot assist instead of 50 would be where I'd personally start. Maybe 150-200, but that might be too much.

It'd give even the long-range sniping recon players incentive to spot more, letting them contribute to the team even from all the way across the map; from what I've personally heard, the biggest gripe about recon players from people who play other classes is that the ones who hang back and snipe don't do anything that really helps out their teammates. This is a good way of helping fix that.

Ye,spotting helps the team a lot, way more than sniping... but its not well rewarded, i played a whole game just spotting and got little xp

Agreed, I think it'd also help if it gave you a small amount of building points for a certain number of spots.

Not being able to build in recon squad is a major hindrance when I'm sniping aggressively.

Prior to the spotting nerfs, recon drones could net you top 5 on the leaderboard. My clan and I abused it so much.

More XP would be nice or longer lasting spots then it already has

Agreed, +100/150 xp and/or +2/3/4 second spot for recons (either by guns or drone/binocular) would be good.

Added screenshot, I spotted for the whole round using drone, only 21k total (before win bonus) 0/0. Those were 210 spotting assist. Bottom 50th place.

Edit: If afraid of abuse then add batteries to it binoculars/drones (they can recharge after landing/not in use?),
