Layered Attachments

What the fuck is layered attachment?
Simple: I like how the SE-5 looks. I prefer the stats of a Vertical Grip. I put on the Vert Grip as my actual attachment. I "layer" the appearance of a SE-5 over it. Now my gun has the stats of a vert grip, but the looks of an SE-5. This idea is directly taken from Monster Hunter, which features the exact same system.

Do NOT apply this to suppressors (one of their drawbacks SHOULD be extending your barrel length).

Make this a prestige reward.

so you can choose the effects of an attachment but use the look of another one on top of it

I wouldn't mind "cosmetic" attachments for sure ye, but do worry abt little things like barrel length etc

then again, honestly, how often does that come into play?

other barrels attachments are so short, it really doesn't matter.

when people watch battlebit vods and clips, we can see their Loadout, it is distinct and should perform what it should perform

imagine equipping vertical layered over BCM. two very different grips for two really different purposes

Solution: make it clientside

Others still see your actual load out, it’s only you that sees the altered things

So someone else can still see your BCM if you layer a Magpull over it
