I think adding ammo types such as FMJ rounds, HP rounds, and AP rounds would be a cool addition to the game and would allow for more variety with weapon builds. For example a stealthy player would equip a suppressor and sub-sonic ammo which makes their gun as quiet as possible with bullet speed being sacrificed. Another player focused solely on picking off damaged players could equip hollow point rounds for increased damage to other players who happen to have their protective gear damaged with the trade-off being that damage against fully armored players are reduced. Overall, different ammunition types can be a great addition for those who like tinkering with their setups to best fit their needs, and play style.

In addition I was thinking that certain classes have access to certain ammo types like for example: support can have access to FMJ and AP rounds to assist in destroying vehicles, and shredding other players, and assault, medic, and engineers can have access to sub-sonic rounds and hollow point rounds.

speaking of tracers, maybe there can be an option to change the color of the tracer?
