#Use N / S / E / W for compass

What's the difference?
N/S/E/W are the 4 main directions.
It makes the callouts way easier.
Seems Redundant.
but humor me, WAY Easier how though?
I think most people dont know that 90° would be East and so on
It tells you at the bottom though, like all the information is there.
lemme boot up the game
the fact that West is 270 is not there
OP likely wants to have it like this
That kind of makes more sense; if it was just rotating the compass I know between nw and sw is west then it seems like a minor detail
west = 270 is not something only niche people know, although I think it would make more sense to have it like OP suggested instead of how it is right now
fun fact: it used to be how OP described it, got change for whatever reason
between degree has always been my method of call out, "Between 255 and 285, nail em' "
skipping direction entirely, i think getting rid of the N S E and W wouldn't matter, and the numbers would still be the thing you use to get your bearing because it's just as easy if not easier than saying the direction along with the bearing..
I don't agree.
You give general direction to your squad via radio with cardinal directions.
Precise direction (with degrees) is done only locally.
Precise bearing makes no sense for someone away from you.
Anyhow, the issue is that we have sub cardinal directions in the compas.
