Although it seems irrelevant to change this.
In my region (Brazil), many new or even old players don't know how to create an official server, so many don't even play or say that it's dead in Steam reviews (since when launched with big creators, the game gained a lot of leverage aki, until the community servers enter...)
So it could reduce the creation of an official server from 18 to just 9, since this is not the same as NA which has official servers all week, but even though an SA server is expensive, it will help to give a boost here, since Many think that the game died in these regions
And also remove the option for it to find a server with high latency, since it basically remove players who wait in line until they collect the exact amount to open an official one!
In Summary: Set the player limit to just 9 to create an official server and remove the option to choose whether or not to join a server with high ping!
there will be more official servers, as here some community servers are limited with the updates that the game brings!
