Below groups are something that need a seperate category outside of the newly added "tactical squad" and "recon" groupings: ( Non tactical and non recon )

"Vanguard" - For players who want to engage in cqc and frag

All of these groups are something that can be added under the newly added "tactical squad" grouping. However their implementation will require more brainstorming due to problems mentioned later:
"Specialist" - For players who want to focus more on healing, building and support
"Mechanized" - For APCs, Armed Humvees, IFVs, Attack boats ( add any light armed ground vehicles )
"Armored" - For Tank crewmen and accompanying infantry

Reasoning:-
-More options for players who wish to work with team and communicate ( currently labelled as tactical squad ) but want to specialise
-Lay foundation for more teamwork and comms

Problem with suggestion:-
-Non vehicle squads entering vehicles
-Gatekeeping
-FOMO
-May require class limits in tactical squads

Squad leads should have the ability to change their squad's specialization without leaving the game in order to do so.

About the issues:

Non vehicle squads entering vehicles: Can be avoided by restricting access to certain seats to squad only, for example the heli has the 4 front seats for squad only.

I dont think limits on tactical squads need to be a thing unless the creator wants to restrict players who enter, but this should at most be a tool at the officer's disposal.
