If you are giving squad options, here are a few additional options:

  • Mounted infantry - using LAVs, HMVEEs and Tigrs to move around the map
  • Airborne specialists - using transport helicopters to move around the map
  • Defensive specialists - a squad focused on holding positions, with classes and weapons suitable for that task...

we cant add to many options for people to pick from, it gets too confusing and will lead to lots of squads with little to no players.

Seems like a pointless mechanic too have when people play these kind of shooters to do things themselves. Keep it for milsim mode.
