In possible efforts to regain the lost retention rate that battlebit has seen, I feel like as much as it is crucial to improve the overall feel and playability of the game, its also extremely crucial to improve the reward system, and front-end UI. Most if not all successful games have a refined UI that players are greeted with first thing. A player seeing this will immediately relate to the other AAA games they have played and feel that this game will be on par with such. Seeing that the pvp aspect of this game feels better then most recent COD titles.

Ranked System

  • The ranked system will be a crucial addition to battlebit, as it will provide a further spectrum of progression for the dedicated players. Further improving retention rate.
  • How will it work? As an idea to promote a competitive enviornment, I believe battlebits ranked system should be either a 32v32 or 64v64 match, probably in domination with less tickets per team, creating a sense of urgency when it comes to teamplay. The reason for a smaller server is to reduce any frustration that could occur with the randomness of what 127v127 feels and plays like. While also promoting individual performance as it will have a greater effect towards the outcome of the game.
  • Party count should most likely be limited, I will leave this up to the development team. A limited party count will reduce the one sidedness of a match if the majority of the opposing team are individuals solo queuing.
  • The ranked system will be level restricted, probably until level 25 or level 50. When unlocked, you must win 5 competitve matches to have access to view your rank, this will allow the hidden MMR system to get a grasp of the players individual performance and skill, and place them in the appropriate skill rating. Each match you will gain competitive rating until you pass the set threshold in the positive or the negative, leading you to be promoted/demoted. Potentially a grace period of 2 matches could be applied.
