#"Player in combat" flag needs rework

It will never work because lag means that the system must be overeager in order to prevent players that are just about to enter combat to be used as spawns.
If squad spawning was removed, you would never have this issue again, but of course people prefer furiously mashing the respawn button while looking at squadmates in combat for 20 seconds instead of a functional system that might on occasion make them walk more than 10m to the next fight.
The issue here was e.g. my squad basicly chilling behind enemy lines for ~40 seconds, no shooting.
I assume enemies where close, but they where certainly not in "active" combat.
It just needs an override. In combat detection will never work and it has never worked for other games. Computers simply can't make this determination. When I try to spawn on my squad, 99.9% of the time a player is not in combat, but close to enemies. The exact time the player needs help and needs people to spawn on them. The other 0.1% are a potential to get spawnkilled. When I spawn on players that are not in combat, I get spawnkilled so much more often than if I were able to spawn on players close to enemies but hiding somewhere.
