Please make random challenges for every player. With all of the game modes being Objective based in the larger scale battles it is frustrating playing with 100 snipers on each team or 100 umps on each team. I think snipers are fine where they are, they are still strong. But when you have a objective based game mode and 100 snipers because of a weekly nobody pushes OBJ. I do not care about spotting the snipers with glint, 1 shotting in the head, smoke trails etc. I care about 100 people on the team not participating in the match going 3/10 sitting in spawn.
