Since bandage healing got buffed it has been more difficult to heal teammates as medic. So i taught "crit heals" a mechanic from TF2 (or at least something similar) could be implemented.
To those unfamilliar:
In TF2 medics will heal players who have been damaged recently slower compared to players who have been damaged, but not been damaged for a certain period of time. Basically, someone who is being shot at will be healed less then a player who got shot at a while ago but survived and avoided combat for a bit.
now a 1:1 addition wouldn't probably work, but maybe you could give medic crit heals on recently revived teammates or something similar to make getting healed actually be worth it, because right now everyone would just rather hold 3 to heal in 2 fast bursts then to sit by a medic and get healed slowly.
