Being able to leave Tank's chamber empty

Before entering combat, you'll never know whether enemy vehicles or infantries will stop in your track and it's really hard to guess which you will have to fight against, being able to leave tank's chamber empty would greatly increase the chance of survival as you don't have to waste 4-6 seconds unloading the shell and then another few seconds to load a new one, despite a few seconds being insignificant in a sense, it is a matter of losing or winning in tank battles, thanks for reading my suggestion.
