#Hire a community manager type person.

After today's drama, which can be found if searched for, I think a community manager of sorts would be a good thing.

Multiple times (today alone) both devs and mods have been prodded to the point of being unprofessional. Most of those times (just talking about today), the devs and mods went past that point of professionalism.

To an outsider, it's embarrassing. To someone that is part of and enjoys this game and it's community, it's concerning.

Don't know how it would work, or who would be good for the job (I would personally choose someone like AgentSmith ), but someone needs to be close enough with the devs and mods to tell them to chill out and remove themselves from arguments before they start becoming unprofessional.

TerminalIntel is going to be their new community manager.

I've had one interaction with Intel, it was a pleasant disagreement.

Also, I would like to keep any bullshit out of the comments if possible. This is an honest suggestion.

Terminal is still "training", personally I think he'll do a great job from what I've seen. One of the biggest issues with leadership and upper staff with BBR is they don't seem to have a lot of time to focus on specific things. So they have to refocus their attention on multiple things at once which degrades the quality of what they're doing (like the Timmy incident we saw earlier 💀). Finding others that are as dedicated and shares the same passion as you at something is impossible. You just have to trust others and give them a shot at coming close to what you believe or you'll get no where fast.
