I had this idea as a joke once.
That's a really weird idea. Won't work since everyone just bandages really quickly.
It's an idea inspired by CS. And that is not at all why its a bad idea.
This may be good in the milsim mode, but I don't know if its a good idea for the main playerbase. Looking at the drama the suggestion of not being able to turn 180 degrees in midair caused, this would actually end the earth.
it won't work in favor for the current game, maybe for milsim mode but imo suppression and limited movement should be on the forefront there, not getting slowed down by bullets
The test branch proves our reaction completely correct. Try out running around in the practice range on the beta branch and tell me you "dont notice a difference" with normal movement.
Its kind of off-topic for this thread though, so I wont start discussing it here. (I also am not a tester by choice, so I'll wait for an eventual update, or the lack thereof)

Nope. Ttk is already fast, why remove the slight chance people have of surviving
So your suggestion to the “movement” issue, is to punish players for... moving? And instead encourage camping because you’re basically a free kill once you get shot?
