I remember trying battlebit without hitmarker on screen and there were no visible indicators when shooting at the enemy units.
Shooting enemy units feels unsatisfying due to lack of human hit effect

I would support this suggestion except it's already in game
Took me a long while to notice it myself though, it's almost imperceptible
So I do agree it could probably be given a bit more visibility
Just because it's blocky, that doesn't mean you can't add basic QoL stuff like an easier way to tell when you hit someone.

there is, but the amount depends where you shot... have a couple of clips with a lot of blood (headshots)

Needs to be more noticeable
Couldnt find the original clip, that one is highly compressed (discord+streamable) so at least 50% of the blood was kinda gone, may be able to find better examples
another one.. short distance, easier to notice (~2 meters)..

Otherwise the splatter is pretty tiny
I think my sole use of red dots and my average engagement distances along with smoking a lot while playing all added up to it

The take away here is to make blood splatter more noticeable, for visual feedback of a hit in addition to the hitmaker. Only problem I can see is if its made to be more apparent then it is now, may run into performance issues considering the amount of people that can be in the map, and in one location at a time. Especially if the duration of the blood is increased, and starts to overlap if many people are killed at once. The game already takes a significant hit in performance just rendering all its players.

yeah, that's how it works.
No game with squad spawning has ever done LOS. its always distance, or suppression. sometimes they tie it to use of weapons as well.
Most use a distance, with two way suppresion. i.e if you are suppressed you cant be spawn on, and i you suppress an enemy, you also cannot be spawned on. that's how the measure in combat.
