Everyone knows the gameplay is chaotic and extremely fun at the same time but would love if playing tactical is more rewarding than just run and gun and some flanker will just kill everyone lol.
For example
Perma-death. Kind of.
- When an enemy got you, you're just down and have the choice to hold space and respawn immediately right. Maybe make the "downed player" an injury thing, If you get killed, No one can revive you and you'll be respawned but with a longer waiting time. If you're injured like literally crippled , that's when you'll be "downed" and your teammate will bandage you. This way players will be mindful for their decisions and actually dragging your teammates and bandaging them will be more rewarding for holding a position or something.
Make the medic class more important.
- Regarding "Killed" and "Injured" thing, make the medic more crucial in this type of situation. Like medic class bandage faster compare to other classes which has slower bandaging.
- Another example (didn't think this through properly lol). Every class can bandage you, but medic class is the only one can give you a second chance in the field. If you were injured (downed), you gonna bleed if no one bandaged you leading to death. Everyone can bandage you but if your teammate which is not a medic bandaged you, you're still downed but you can use a pistol. Only with a medic class bandaging you will make you get going again. Regarding to self bandage, You can bandage yourself when you're injured (not downed) to avoid bleeding.
This way, crafting covers on open fields and doing some CQB in buildings will be utilized and rewarding.
This suggestion is half baked and kind of absurd/crazy. I just came up with this cause of those frequent daredevil flankers and i liked those situations where people care about their comrade.
