Community map creation

Give the community the ability to create their own maps to host on their own community server.
Being able to create maps would allow the server to create special maps to better fit their playstyle and allows the community to be more creative. (Maybe some maps will be chosen to be included among the other default maps in battlebit)

Here are 2 options to being able to create maps:
A. implement a map creation/editor tool in-game
B. implement a separate application for map creation/editing

Here are 2 options to map showcasing/browsing:

1. Maps are found in the steam workshop
2. Maps are found in a map browsing menu in-game

Of course, brainstorm some other options
