The transport helicopters miniguns are the most un-lethal things in the game. Even getting a single kill infnatry is an achievement. Despite the very disturbing things Larry said in one of the twitch stream about how "he sees a lot of clips of them killing" so they don't need to be buffed - they are complete DOGSHIT!

to be fair they have a point the only exception is really skilled helicopter pilots

more spread means the bullets cover a larger area on the screen so less skilled pilots would hit more shots while more skilled pilots would hit less shots
