We can edit enemy hit markers, but why can't we edit the crosshair? I don't want to see just a dot, maybe I would like to repeat the sight from counter strike or battlefield. A huge number of players download third-party apps to overlay crosshairs on top of the screen and even benefit from this - they can shoot more accurately from the hip.

Laser attachments give away your location; they will lose their power exactly half a second after you see the enemy. I can just see where the center of the screen is and always shoot to the left and lower.

Maybe I should also bind the laser activation button to the right mouse button so that when I leave the sight the laser turns on? I don't go into the game with a billion buttons to press.

I agree with that. Devs, pls, add sight customization. For example: russian sight "Kobra". In game only 1 variant of aiming mark, but IRL there is 4 variants

its not to the left and below, there's a box thats about 1/2 or 1/3 of the whole screen that the laser can move around in at the centre of the screen

I can see where the bullets are flying and where the barrel of the weapon is pointing, but I can’t see the center of the screen, a third-party application gives me an advantage over other players. I can see the center, but they can't.

Maybe it's your colour settings, I use the lasers a lot and I think they're good. It's really satisfying hitting a hipfire deagle headshot with it
I don't disagree with the main post btw I think a centre cross hair would be nice as an option because I'm pretty sure the devs allow you to use 3rd party centre reticles anyway
