Allow people to customize sight reticles like hitmarkers in this game

Would be pretty good for accessibility (i.e. my colorblind ass cannot see red dot over many backgrounds) and it's cool to have more customization

I'd even say allow us to change the reticle to another from the same kind of sight, like the Kobra on a Red dot. I love how some sights look but hate their reticles.
But yeah, I'm also colorblind and hate how hard it is to see red dots in some areas

Some I want thinner, some I want thicker. It'd be nice to be able to adjust them at least slightly, or have custom reticles to use on every sight

Like why not, it's less work for Oki if all he has to do is add a png after all

You see, this is a sort of QOL and accessibility enhancement. Two birds with one stone, make older players happy to have a sight they like and newer players not put off by any sort of issue from the current sights
