#A more combat engineering focused engineer class.

Currently the engineer has a great ability to tear down structures with its ranged explosives, but for some reason the building-focused bonus of instantly creating structures was given to the support class instead.

Since the support already has its own focus, firing and supplying large amounts of ammunition to enemies and allies respectively, taking away the building bonus would hardly harm its usefulness, and would allow the engineer to be better at performing the constructive aspect of what its name suggests, combat engineering.

Engi has bonus EXP on killing vehicles, access to Barbewire/hesco wall like the support, access to repair tool and RPG and AV nades/mines.

#

The problem is more like, everyone can destroy a tank with 4 C4.

#

Also has the biggest arsenal of weapon.

They also have only access to BR/LMG/LSG

LMG and LSG are especially could at defending

#

Engi doesn't have any structure related perk, so it shouldn't have barbewire or hesco wall

# mental finch you mean nothing like LMG/LSG?

The LMG creates structures? Having the support class be better at engineering than the literal engineer just because it lets a single class be OP at defending is just bad balancing that discourages class cooperation.

I think engi needs a gadget rework more than anything at this point along with medic

Rockets that aren't heat or tandem suck and even then tandem has very annoying drop off over distance
