The original default skin for the SV-98 being an option again.

My favorite rifle IRL is the SV-98. Ever since Bad Company 2, I've liked this weapon, its sound and it's visual appearance. It's annoyed me when games put in an SV-98 but nix what I think to be its trademark look, the green stock, in favor of a generic black/grey metal look. I was honestly glad to see that coloration as its default look in BBR.

With the new skin system, it's gone now, and I can't recreate it. No flat colors, nor ability to not paint the barrel and bolt.

I'm a simple man with an unfortunately obsessive brain. I'd like to see an option for the original default skin being available again. The grey one we have now just looks sad.

||Disclaimer, if I am misremembering the green stock being the default, apologies. It might have been the first skin unlock. Either way, that coloration isn't possible now.||

ya i mean guns default should match the irl guns default

like the g3 should start with this green not that strange grey color because it looks like its trying to match this style of g3

so its more of an all guns problem

where most are just made black amd grey when realistically they normally aren't

and the L86A1 is another good example

L86A1 factory colors will back in next update as patern 0
And we cannot give that kind of color to default SV-98, but there will be a legacy skin that you can unlock at 1111 kills

I will say that I'm not particularly enthused about having to earn something I used to enjoy by default. But I do realize I sound ungrateful, so thank you for adding it.

Just not how I hoped to get it back.

I'm gonna find more guns that i don't think have there normal factory (or really commonly seen) colors in any way in game rn

because every gun starting black and grey just dont feel right
