Sniping runs rampant in invasion and defenders cannot properly setup on some maps due to terrain disadvantages with sniper overlook. Allow a similar timer for defenders in invader territory to dissuade sniper nests that hide in their own territory.

I disagree seeing as how the repair tool xp made a whole group of players content to just left click the helicopter all game. adjusting xp gain is a good way to encourage good gameplay and punish bad gameplay.

I mean this could be fixed my moving the zone where your gun is on safe up, as you capture sectors.
