Here's a list of game-modes that needs to be updated.. not including Invasion (New ), Cash, Voxel and Zombies. evt ect.
True so it wouldnt be that hard to implement S&D...even if Rush and S&D are completely different gamemods tho ^^
hardcore damage has nothing to do with S&D...biggest difference between Rush and S&D is that you play like 10 rounds in S&D per side (attack/defend) and that you cant just respawn if you die...you need to wait until the round is over (most rounds last about 1 minute) therefore teamplay, positioning and ingame calls are much more important than in other modes
Hardcore isn't just damage.. it actually helps with a lot of things like teamplay, caution and communication but I'm not even going to get into that.
I just think a game-mode where you don't respawn after death is going to be a very hard sell alone, not even mentioning a game-mode that only last a minute per round.

but i play on a server with 1.20× damage and it feels like that with every high fire rate gun
It works out in so many other games and they are pretty successfull 🙂 so why not in battlebit 😉
Because battle-bit is not other games, and if people understood that they'd know why oki is so stubborn to just add things..
Yeah the draw of this game is massive battles, honestly. This mode would just be a worse version than the 50 other games that implement this mode.
I didn't even know that such modes existed until I looked at the list of maps, there is no search button for such modes in the game lobby
And no servers playing them generally
There are only a few community servers that do it I think and every region's community servers does something a little different, there may even be a reason why oki hasn't given us a filter for it yet.
There's a theme to things that get repeated to me often, and to sum it up; oki does not want to detract from the idea of 'battlebit' and that's why the api regulations are so strict for official progression community servers..
I tend to agree with him tbh. The game is good and the gunplay and movement feel good, but what sets it apart are the large scale BF style battles. There are other currently popular titles like Valorant and R6 Siege that do small scale PvP better than this game. If you were to start Battlebit and queue into only 8v8 S&D you’d be underwhelmed compared to the competitors.
You know what game mode is like that? It's elimination.. I HATE that gamemode, it takes a minute and if they're contesting your point you can't spawn.
