It's too fast, it's broken, it prevents small arms from ever being a threat. Even with the recent light armor damage buff, chopper have no reason to fear small arms ever unless they hit the pilot, which is very, very difficult on a blackhawk, or a littlebird moving fast.
Choppers are back to the state of pirouetting around the battlefield with impunity, except for the lucky errant RPG shot.
