#Battle rifles rebalance

Since the big guns will come under the same category named Battle Rifles. I do think SCAR-H & AK-15 will be in a cringe position compared to G3 & FAL.
Here are some stats from the game & eleanors's spreadsheet

  • Average same TTK between G3 - SCAR, close TTK between G3 - AK15 (screenshoots)

  • Recoil : SCAR-H & AK15 1.6/2.1 vs G3 1.5/1.2

  • ADS : SCAR-H 0.20, AK15 0.30, G3 0.30

  • Same magazine, same running speed, almost same reload speed as G3

  • G3 keep its damage way longer than SCAR/AK15, and has better velocity, better accuracy

Meaning G3 performs better than those weapons : for all those reasons I do think SCAR-H and AK-15 should have some changes. The only way AK15 and SCAR perform better is when an enemy already took some damage so it'll be down faster. Also remind that AK-15 suffer from armor breakpoint like the FAL BUT

I didn't count the FAL in the weapon to change : it's actually a very meta gun thanks to its pretty low TTK, being a better AK15 thanks to low ADS at 0.22, better reload time 3.37, and with the new FH, FAL becomes even more powerfull (high Hrecoil% so Fal heavy hrecoil get reduced even more).

What do you guys think about it?

The SCAR's fire rate should be boosted to 550 RPM, as that's what it is in real life. I also agree that the SCAR should probably have a better reload than the G3, since the G3 has to do the HK slap reload.

Better give all battle rifles unique long damage drop profile. Somewhere in the middle between AR and DMR.

BTW G3 can only be zeroed up to 300m. I think it's a great range to use as reference

I do think having a unique drop profile for BR is a good idea, also having some big changes about recoil, having the G3 being that easy to use is imo a problem directly impacting the SCAR-H AK15 competitivity.
Also, buffing the RoF can be quite dangerous since the FAL is imo already very strong so maybe it should stay as the gun with super low ttk but hard to use and having armor breakpoint problems
